CHECKSUM for i686 F12
by James Butler
Hello,
There is no CHECKSUM file available for the F12 i686 LiveCD download, or
at least none is available via any link on any of the "download" or
"verify" pages, and a search for same turns up way too much junk to be
able to find the actual CHECKSUM file that I need.
Further, I see there is a CHECKSUM available for the i386-DVD.iso file
but none for the CDs, at least I am assuming that to be the case,
because there is only one CHECKSUM in the repository
(/fedora/releases/12/Fedora/i386/iso), and not one for each of the .iso
files, as there should be.
Please upload some CHECKSUMs for the CD .iso files, or make the links to
same much more obvious, as it is currently impossible to verify any of
the CD .iso files that I have just mentioned without them, and previous
attempts at downloading and installing from CDs made from those .iso
files have issues with some of the files included in them. Note that the
instructions for verifying the .iso downloads (and any similar
instructions for any downloaded file of any type from anywhere) require
a CHECKSUM file from Fedora (or whomever the originator of the file is).
Thanks.

Introductions from nullsys
by Carl Walker
Hello all,
As per the Join page request for the Web Design Project, I wish to provide
some basic introductory information about myself in hopes that you gain
enough knowledge about myself to consider me as an application for the
Webdesign group.
Over the past few days some of you may of seen me on IRC as 'nullsys'. I
wish to thank you all for your help, support and warm welcomes.
I'll try to keep this brief for you all.
I am 26 years old, studying and working in the UK.
I have been involved in web design, administration duties and general ICT
for roughly 10 years now and I have been studying at university for the past
3-4 years, hopefully aiming for my masters in ICT fields.
Previous jobs have included:
Web design and development for several companies and private individuals.
Security consultation and administration for Linux and Windows networks.
Web analyst for a major IT company. This involved analysing search query
results and matching them against recommended websites.
And of course all the usual technology related jobs in between.
Web Design/IT Interests and experiences include:
HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET (briefly), C++, C# (briefly)
Javascript, JQuery, Adobe Products (Photoshop etc), 3ds Max and a brief
stint in SQS/SQF.
On a side note I'm also interested in many styles of books, music, NLP,
gaming and I have also had the opportunity to play in several bands as a
guitarist.
If anyone wishes to know any more info, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for your time,
Carl Walker

Dear webmaster,
Thanks to give this chance to talk with you guys, you've been doing a
great job.
I'm writing you because I was wondering if the fedora's wiki theme is
released in somewhere. We have been dealing with mediawiki and my boss
was delighted when he saw
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Project_Wiki We would like to know
if you could share it with us?
Many thanks,
Kind regards from Chile.
