Ideally all the build.py scripts should be identical. I can't think of any
reason they would be different.
There has also been a though to have a single build script that would build
all the sites.

Well my parallel build patches removes that junk. It was trac related
and only relevant to fedorahosted. You might want to ignore this
message as it turns out my patches works and it's not complicated as I
thought it was.
