A couple folks had complained that they couldn't easily find the information they were looking for in the wiki. They needed development information about F11. So I put together a quick mockup. I don't know if this would be useful for you but maybe it's some good food for thought. Feel free to do whatever you want with it :) The main idea behind it is to post links for and information about the currently-released as well as the currently-in-development release prominently.

Attached is a mockup for a reformulation of the main content area of the wiki front page.
In the interest of time I didn't muck with the left hand nav but it definitely looks like it needs to go on a diet, in text form here's what I'd advise:
Wiki ==== - Main Page <= might be better to reword to "Wiki Home" or "Wiki Front Page" - News <= fine - Events <= fine - Features <= I'd remove it - Recent changes <= move to the footer - Random page <= move to the footer - Help <= fine
Navigation ========== - Home <= should be reworded to something like "Fedora Homepage" - Get Fedora <= fine - Join Fedora <= fine
Subprojects <= these are all fine
