I would be curious to know where this mailing list popped up from. I don't remember subscribing it and I don't remember finding one for the wiki when I looked before.

If it's public and open for people to subscribe to, then we may want to point people to the Infrastructure list or another more appropriate (and active) list than keep this one open.
