Correct. The purpose for moving the pages around is to get l10nable page names so that the l10n wikis can happen :)
Thanks. I'd suggest that our l10n wiki for zh/* should behave like wikipedia -- use some autoconvert scripts instead of maintain separate zh_CN and zh_TW ones.

I thought the concept of l10n was no autotranslation... but do we need separate wikis for both locales? I thought the concept was to have en.fedoraproject.org, de.fedoraproject.org, etc.
Nigel, your input?

zh_CN and zh_TW have some slight difference but not that big as translation can be done by machine, so zh-autoconvert is a choice for mediawiki, for gentoo, many community forums, etc. Anyway, a single zh.fedoraproject.org is better: we can even tolerate mixed Simplified and Traditional Chinese pages, while separate wikis are hard to maintain (sync), creating issues, etc.

Hi,
I just installed the MediaWiki system at http://wiki.fedora-zh.org/w/ and happily found that zh-autoconvert is a feature provided by default by MediaWiki itself. The only tweak for me is to change default language code in its local config.php from "zh-hans" (which is chosen during install) to "zh". I think this step is not necessary if I had been more careful during install. You can see from that wiki that zh-cn and zh-tw are in the list that can be converted to and from automatically.
Thanks!
