Have you consider use Ansible?
In that regard you will only install Ansible and execute a given playbook that will take care not only with the package installation but with any other configuration needed.

Has anyone had any success automating the installation of fedora xfce 30.  I want to automate the installation of the xfce spin from the live cd.  Everything works great with this distribution.  I'm installing it so much i need to be able to automate the process.  If i try to begin the kickstart process like i normally would with redhat or fedora installation DVD with the options "inst.ks=cdrom:/dev/sr1:/kick.cfg" or something similar it will not run the kickstart process and just start the gui interface.   Any help would be appreciated.
