Hi All,

Please tolerate the somewhat off topic nature of this question.
Lightdm comes with the Live spins of Xfce and I use the Live
spins to install Linux and Xfce.

On lightdm's login menu, in the upper right corner of the toolbar,
there is a power button that allows you to shutdown, reboot,
etc..  Is there a way to add an item to this menu?

Many thanks,

Lightdm doesn't actually have a gui but the Xfce spin includes the lightdm gtk greeter. It is worth pointing that out as you can install different greeters, they are separate packages. If you are using the default gtk launcher you can remove the power menu but as I understand it you can't change it as it just shows the power options that are configured in polkit.
