Hi Kevin,
as you know, I appreciate your (and all the others') work for the Fedora
Xfce spin, and all the other jobs you do.
IYAM, livecd stuff should be fixed as the highest priority. Users would
benefit from it a lot more than all the other features. Otherwise they
would have to go through the long and nasty upgrade process from F17 to
Rawhide with an installed but unstable system.
Keep the good mood and heads up!

Subject: Test day for F18 and switch to lightdm?

Greetings.
I think we should bite the bullet and switch the spin over to
lightdm. If we run into things we cannot fix that are too bad, we can
aways switch back. Thoughts?
Additionally, You all may have seen adamw's call for test days for the
f18 cycle:
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel-announce/2012-July/000951....
I think we should switch over to lightdm and make any other changes we
want very soon, and schedule an early test day. Would anyone out there
care to organize and run the test day?
In this cycle we would have:
Xfce 4.10
lightdm
Anything else we change soon.
Thoughts?
