I have submitted a mega update with Xfce 4.14 packages for Fedora 30. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-8b21f399ee Please test and give feedback on bodhi. Fedora 31 is currently in a limbo state. I managed to get some of the packages before branching and those should already be present. I have no idea where packages built after branching are since bodhi is not activated for F31 yet. Mukundan.
