Of course, that's just whether it's enabled, not whether it works. But
the M10 stands a pretty good chance.
I've updated to Rawhide + AIGLX specific packages... which might have not
been needed if they're just backports from Rawhide. Too late now, though.
After a reboot, X works fine and the logs indicate that I have DRI/DRM
enabled, wow! glxgears gives me 1200 fps... but I have no idea what
results I should expect, and forgot to run it before the upgrade to be
able to compare.
I've tried enabling compositing_manager in metacity and restarting it, but
then got :
Window manager warning: Log level 16: Disabling compositor since the
server is missing at least one of the COMPOSITE, DAMAGE, FIXES or TEST
extensions
Which is strange since my X log seems to indicate that all those
extensions are present (although FIXES and TEST are called XFIXES and
XTEST)...
I'm missing something, but I'm not sure what :-/
