Just to clarify, so Red Hat does store their source code of Red Hat
Directory Server in a different repository than Fedora? And beside looking
at it via CentOS source control system, if I have Red Hat subscription then
I can also browse it via Red Hat source code control system, right?

If you know the tag name you can pull it from the source code control
system.
You might want to take a look at the CentOS DS spec file too.
