As the saying goes, Ask a silly question, get a concise, precise,
correct answer.
On reflection, it isn't much of a surprise that this is a solved
problem with the native toolsets. This would be the way to do it.
And I also think,
that it is not just about push notifications, but also
about connectivity and usage of WM outside protected networks. If I got
that right, Angus was trying to suggest, that once user gets outside the
protected network, whole communication between mobile WM and server,
where WM runs, can be managed via tweets.
