I don't think what you said conflicts with what Andrew said... Matahari has
other use cases than just cloud, so we'll provide a set of UUIDs. Some of
them may be useful for Cloud, others would be ignored.
Right. And if there are existing UUIDs that have the described
properties, we will of course use them instead of rolling our own.
