I've signed up to teach a class:
15 June, 2010 01:00 UTC Using gconftool-2 to tweak settings
This class will describe how to use the gconftool-2 app to tweak various
gnome settings. This class will also have a walkthrough on creating a
script to mirror settings on more than one computer.

That page is a good entry point to learn about the Fedora Project.
A good place to get started learning about what Fedora is all about
would be to join the Fedora Ambassadors mailing list. Fedora Ambassadors
are experienced contributors to the Fedora Project who are responsible
for representing, promoting, and expanding the Fedora Project and its
ideals to the larger F/LOSS community and the public at large.
