I'm replying out of the ticket so as not to drag it off the topic of
the proposed local community site.
Hi, I registered the domain and made the site myself but I
didn't bring it
before the Council. Apologies for missing that step. I did:
- Email the FPL (mattdm) and the Fedora Engineering Manager (pfrields).
Ralph did indeed email us about the fact he'd set up this site. The
trademark angle didn't even occur to me, probably since it's been
quite a while since I was among those actively dealing with it. :-)
My apologies for not pulling in the TM approval process earlier.
- Email the logo(a)fp.o address asking for permission to use the
logo.
- Email domainadmin(a)fp.org and Erin Dutton at Red Hat asking if I can
transfer the domain to Red Hat's name, but we haven't actually made any
real progress on this yet.
