This patch adds the abrtd.service file to abrt package and ensures it's installed when systemd is available. The systemd is automatically detected by autotools, so it shouldn't affect systems without systemd. Please note that to test it and build on rawhide/F14 you have to change the line in spe file: %define with_systemd 0 to %define with_systemd 1

I did a test build for F-14 and it contains the systemd config file. F-12 build still works as expected. The code changes look reasonable.

%if 0%{?fedora} >= 14 %define with_systemd 1 %else %define with_systemd 0 %endif

this is actually from the guide https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Johannbg/QA/Systemd/Daemon#Installing_Sy... so I think we should follow the guidelines, so we don't differ from other projects and the option name is the same.
