You are correct, that is not very clear on the site. The portal is
GPL(v2) and everything else (framework, drivers, client-ruby) are
LGPLv2.1.
I am about to send a series of patches updating the code and adding the
COPYING file as appropriate, so the codebases should be correct by
sometime monday.
