Hello,
my name is Enrico and I tried to install devassistant via Github after I
read about it in the Fedora.21 changes.
Hi, Enrico.
It's great that you have checked out DevAssistant, and we'll do as much
as we can do to help you.
At the moment it doesn`t fit to install.
I am not sure I understand what "it doesn't fit to install" means, can
you please say it in different words?
If I try to start it (after installing)
How exactly did you install DevAssistant? If you checked out the code
with `git clone` and then immediately run ./setup.py install (or
./setup.py sdist; pip install ...), you are missing the assistant files
(see README.rst) - you need to run:
git clone
https://github.com/devassistant/devassistant
cd devassistant
git submodule init
git submodule update
and only then you can run ./setup.py install.
("da prepare devassistant") I just get a "da
unknown"-message.
If the problem persists, can you please post this message in full here?
Thanks.
Version-numbers of dependencies:
Python2.75 // Python3.3.2
polkit0.112
pygobject3-3.10.2
I also installed the dependencies from requirements-devel.txt.
Maybe you can help me to find the bug.
Kind regards
Enrico
