[dotnet-sig] .NET SIG is now also on matrix!

Hi, We have recently added a .NET room to the fedora matrix chat instance: https://matrix.to/#/#dotnet:fedoraproject.org This provides more persistence of messages and discussions. This is hopefully useful to folks who join our IRC channels to ask questions but can't/don't stay connected until answers are available. This room is bridged to our #fedora-dotnet IRC channel, so folks on either side can talk to the other.
