Drupal 8.0.0 finally officially released!

I've dropped this ball for a while now :( Sorry everyone.
Now that there is an official release I will make this one of my
highest priorities. The use of "Provides: bundled(*)" will definitely
help since I have not gotten to packaging/un-bundling any of the
individual web asset libraries.
