python-pandas failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f38
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=96426892
For details on the mass rebuild see:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix python-pandas at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status
to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-pandas will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 39,
python-pandas will be retired, if it still fails to build.

[Bug 2186318] New: cinnamon-settings aarch64 issue
by bugzilla@redhat.com
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2186318
Bug ID: 2186318
Summary: cinnamon-settings aarch64 issue
Product: Fedora
Version: 37
Hardware: aarch64
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Component: cinnamon
Severity: low
Assignee: leigh123linux(a)googlemail.com
Reporter: leif.liddy(a)gmail.com
QA Contact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: epel-packagers-sig(a)lists.fedoraproject.org,
leigh123linux(a)googlemail.com, miketwebster(a)gmail.com,
riehecky(a)fnal.gov
Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
Description of problem:
cinnamon-settings does not work right on aarch64 for the display, network, and
wacom modules.
I'm testing on a m1 macbook air running Asahi Fedora Remix.
For example if I run:
cinnamon-settings display
a blank window opens up and the following is shown in the terminal
Could not find network module; is the cinnamon-control-center package
installed?
warning: failed to process CCC module network
Could not find color module; is the cinnamon-control-center package installed?
warning: failed to process CCC module color
Could not find wacom module; is the cinnamon-control-center package installed?
warning: failed to process CCC module wacom
Loading Display module
Could not load display module; is the cinnamon-control-center package
installed?
Argument 1 does not allow None as a value
I run:
cinnamon-settings network
or
cinnamon-settings wacmon
then the main cinnamon-settings windows opens up.
What's interesting though is that if I can launch these modules no problem with
cinnamon-control-center
cinnamon-control-center display
cinnamon-control-center network
cinnamon-control-center wacom
all work fine, so that's something off with launching these modules with
cinnamon-settings.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
This issue occurs with F37 and F38
cinnamon-5.6.8-1
