Not entirely sure I see that overlap. We could swap the governance
workshop with the "OpenStack" workshop on Saturday if you think that
works better...
Christoph Wickert is running the spins talk. I can easily see him
wanting to be involved in the governance talk too, but beyond that I
agree the overlap might not necessarily be all that high.
