Devconf2014 had an Android app too. I thought it was quite nice, but
I have no idea who wrote it or if it was open source (note: the
schedule itself was also on
sched.org).
For Devconf, we had not only Android version, but also BlackBerry 10, Jolla
and N9 versions. It should be actually pretty easy to get the schedule down
from the sched and create the app for Flock. Let me take a look, I was in the
team (Ludek did Android, Joejoe N9/Jolla and I did BB10). Btw. we used sched
for the same reason as it's used for Flock - there's really no viable open
source option and what's worst - even Sched sucks a lot.
Let me talk to the guys, we can solve mobile app part but we can't do
anything with Sched :).
