phonetic is same as itrans, only problem is Capital characters are not
giving same results as they give in itrans.
But we are planning to fix this bug in future.

hmm, one can say that, since there are different habits of people typing
indic using latin
i.e.
भारत can be
1) "bhaarat"
2) "bhArat"
2) "BArat"
we are presently following 1)
