From: Phil Auld <pauld(a)redhat.com&gt; Disable CONFIG_DEBUG_PREEMPT on normal builds When we enabled PREEMPT_DYNAMIC we also picked up CONFIG_DEBUG_PREEMPT which causes noticable performance issues with syscall microbenchmarks. Disable this on normal builds and enable it for the debug build only.
