Adding entry to KDUMP_COMMANDLINE_REMOVE= for CoreOS systems

Hi team, In Fedora CoreOS we're going through some motions to be able to set up kdump on the first boot of our machines. Part of this requires is to add `ignition.firstboot` to the `KDUMP_COMMANDLINE_REMOVE=` entry in /etc/sysconfig/kdump. Would this be accepted upstream if we created a patch for it? Thanks! Dusty
