Sorry for using shortcuts without explaining them. RFE stands for
"request for enhancement" and I am using that term often for feature
requests.

Name-version-release is the term we use in the context of a
buildsystem to uniquely identify precise builds.
If I pick a kernel build such as this one:

you often find this term shortened as NVR
