Why are you asking the Fedora Project if their software works on CentOS. Ask CentOS. :)
I have created some livecd images, but when machine start up with my
custom livecd, it stoped at grub page (after pressing down at grub
page, no response later).
I have noticed that on my 32-bit builds for Fedora 17 and 18, if the tboot package is
installed, grub2 doesn't generate a valid config so all you get post install is the
grub> prompt.
Update your kickstart with a "-tboot" line and rebuild and see if that helps.
