No reason why the /var/cache/yum bindmount shouldn't be
created in the same loop as the rest of the bindmounts
Yeah; mostly historical from when I wrote the original pilgrim code; it
took me a while to figure out why we ran out of space. I guess this is
fine although it's a bit weird to see /var/cache/yum along with the
"special directories" that we normally bindmount to /.
