Update to 2.21
Also require recent enough mingw32-filesystem to avoid rpm macro breakage with
automatically generated (illegal) LD.BFD variable name.

Fedora 15 Alpha and mingw32
by H. Peter Anvin
Hello all,
I just upgraded my workstation to Fedora 15 Alpha (due to drivers
unavailable in Fedora 14) and I'm having issues with mingw building
Syslinux win32.
Specifically, it looks like *something* (a library, perhaps) is trying
to pull in the unwind library which in turn wants TLS, which isn't
there. I would prefer to generate as small of an executable as
possible, but more than anything else I would like for this to work
without breaking previous versions, so any tips about what I would need
to do would be appreciated.

Hello,
on my F14 system
# yum install mingw32-spice-protocol
...
Setting up Install Process
No package mingw32-spice-protocol available.
Error: Nothing to do
Was this package kept off from F14 then?
I only find spice-protocol....
Can I compile mingw32-spice-protocol with version 0.8.0 as I'm using
fedora-virt-preview repo on my F14?
I would like to compile recent windows drivers binaries...
Thanks,
Gianluca
