BTW - when I left the entry (which my customization had placed there) in
/etc/fstab for my "permanent" SD card, os6 would not boot

after a while again go into the prompt for emergency mode, etc., etc.
[I have no problems with 12.1.0 booting on the XO-1.5 (not even with os6).
XO-1.5 /dev/mmcblk0 and /dev/mmcblk1 get defined correctly.]
It's completely different HW, just because it works on one I wouldn't
necessarily expect it to work on the other. Ultimately there's a big
change in the kernel from 2.6.35 to 3.3 and we're working to fix any
regressions but it takes time. We're glad of the testing but
ultimately if you need a perfectly stable platform I suggest you stick
with 11.3 for the moment.
