sadly it's not possible. I can imagine to make it possible one day in a
way, that one omping is running as a server and accepting requests to
reply to block of mcast addresses and then have omping client which does
let's say 2-3 pings in cycle and requests block of mcast addresses
(something like for i in `seq 1 254`;do omping -O client -m 225.25.1.$i
-c 3;done), but it's not possible yet.
