I am fully disable debug. I don't think any user will need that :)
ABRT needs them for example.

This eased now a little bit in Fedora, except for cryptographic libraries
and other security critical components.
Yes, it eased a bit, but still, the "bundled" requires are mandatory if I am
not mistaken:
