use install-script to get some needed parameters for build
This is needed in addition to the spec-file improvements.
I don't understand. That script is just determining if the build is a 64bit or
32bit. It compiles a program in order to determine this.
I don't see the need for it. This is taken care of in the if clauses on the
SPEC file, is it not?
