Fixing it would just be a matter of adding "Requires:

It really seems like perl-LDAP should have a hard dependency on
perl(IO::Socket::SSL). Right now trying to use smbldap-tools
results in this error:

shouldn't the dependency be in smbldap-tools instead? The perl-LDAP
does not require IO::Socket::SSL, strictly speaking.
