Release Notes file renaming
by Paul W. Frields
When Publican -- the automated documentation building engine we're
trying to use for the Fedora 10 cycle -- creates references from book
titles, it expects equivalency between those titles and the file names
to which it refers when building. It uses underscores to represent
spaces when looking for those file names.
So for example the title "Release Notes" will cause it to search for a
base filename "Release_Notes". The final output documents will be
named similarly. Jesse, I'm worried that renaming these things in the
RPM %build process for fedora-release-notes will cause a whole chain
of further problems in OMF files, etc. Can your compose process be
set to look for "Release_Notes" instead of the former "RELEASE-NOTES"?

The content needs to be fully staged by Sept. 19th in order to release by
Sept. 23rd.
Make sure top level release directory permissions are 700 during initial
sync, 750 for mirror sync.

I would like the following builds to be included in f10-beta:
{{{
TurboGears-1.0.7-2.fc10
python-prioritized-methods-0.2.1-1.fc10
python-turbojson-1.2.1-2.fc10
}}}
TurboGears-1.0.7 is the most recent release of the TG 1.0.x bugfix series,
and is encouraged for production use
([http://trac.turbogears.org/wiki/ChangeLog ChangeLog]).
This update also fixes a few bugs, including
{{{
[Bug 462972] tg-admin fails with an exception
}}}
The entire TurboGears test suite runs as expected
{{{
Ran 343 tests in 86.768s
OK
}}}
I tested these builds with bodhi's test suite as well.

Please tag these into the buildroot:
nautilus-python-0.5.1-1.fc9
nautilus-python-devel-0.5.1-1.fc9
nautilus-python-0.5.1-1.fc10
nautilus-python-devel-0.5.1-1.fc10
The present nautilus-python is broken with the nautilus in F-9 and above.
Once these packages are tagged, postr and nautilus-bzr(bzr-gtk) can be
rebuilt and will run on F-9+.

This will take a while so it should be started before the freeze, at least
with caching signatures. The actual writeout can happen just before or at
freeze point, and then all additional tagging would have to have a signing
and writing done as well.
