[BZ 1208181] do not use the hostname arg to verify that the node is up
We need to use 127.0.0.1 to verify that the storage node is up, not the
hostname passed to the installer. The hostname is the address to use for client
requests and for internode communication. JMX needs to be restricted to
localhost.
