[Rust] Meet with CoreOS team to discuss current state of rust packaging

The last time I built rust-coreos-installer in Fedora I needed to include Igor in order to do a build and also help me tag something into the right tag. Can we organize a time to meet to discuss what the state is and what's left to be done to make this a self service user experience? I notice the rust sig has a weekly meeting at #fedora-meeting-1[?] on freenode.net every Wednesday at 21:00 UTC. Is that meeting going to happen next week? If not maybe we could get some people to join our FCOS meeting: meetings are at 16:30 UTC on Wednesdays in #fedora-meeting-1 WDYT? Dusty
