Hmm, hadn't thought about that, but it seems fine to me as long as there is no
interference via obsoletes/provides with Fedora. I've also only enabled
rawhide, but feel free to add other repos if needed.
So for hdf5 and netcdf seem to build and run their test suite fine. mpi4py is
giving errors.
cp2k testsuite is behaving strangely even without MPI, so ignore it for
the moment. I'll try to test gromacs and elpa later this week.
