You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

I'm using jdennis' ipa-devel and sssd repos. Is f12 getting long in the
tooth?

FYI, --skip-broken "works", but that's more avoiding the
problem than
curing it.
