[Test-Announce] Fedora Board, FESCo, and FAmSCo elections: Town hall meeting schedule

As you have (hopefully) heard by now, elections for the Fedora Board, FESCo, and FAmSCo are quickly approaching. In each election cycle, a series of town hall meetings is held to give community members and opportunity to ask candidates questions - and hear their answers - via IRC.
