New Argparse model of tuna

I have created a new branch called getopt with the old model of tuna that parses the input with getopt. The main branch has the new model of tuna based on argparse. Where possible people should submit patches to both branches. Please test the new argparse model of tuna and submit any fixes to the list. Thanks! John Kacur
