Interesting idea - thanks for the suggestion. Someone also pointed
out
offlist that kvm has a built in block driver model.
The nice thing about TGT is that it is automatically available across a
network _or_ on the local OS instance. kvm/qemu/etc. is limited to the
local OS instance.
That confers two useful attributes:
* OS instances need not participate in D1HT, or even be aware of its
existence, to use vinzvault storage
* OS instances can use vinzvault, without having to install any new
software at all.
