Note that I have had trouble getting this kernel to boot on i686, though
x86_64 seems okay.
Hmm.. I wonder what's wrong there.
My custom pv_ops dom0 kernel boots just fine on i686..

CONFIG_HIGHPTE is enabled on that config, but I disable it (CONFIG_HIGHPTE=n) to
workaround the race in xen_set_pte() until it's fixed properly.
