#246: fedora.css sets a universal scaling factor of 76%, which is much too small

If it actually works as I think it does, I don't get why Gnome took the same
granular approach to compensation as the web browser spec. DPI as a virtually
infinitely adjustable zoom knob has worked well here for a decade. It just
doesn't have an easy to modulate via GUI control mechanism that I'm aware of.
Applying it is a cut and try process editing an optional config file.

The ease of an auto-preview textarea is a tough lure to avoid. The problem
doesn't occur in any of the many bug trackers I use that run on Mozilla's
tracking software, or most of the forums I frequent. The problem I ran into
here is a typical result of JS links trying to create popups running up
against a popups verboten setting in Gecko, resulting in the popup content
usurping content of the current tab, and destroying back history in the
process. Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad:

Fedora 19 iso file sizes
by jamesd2410@sonic.net
Hi,
I am new at this. I hope you are the right person to contact.
I have downloaded Fedora-19-x86_64-DVD.iso from seven different
sites, including foreign countries. The repositories indicate the file
is greater than 4 GB. The file I get each time is 146,432 KB. I have
burned them to CDsand put them on a new flash drive. They open to the
initial window.
Whether I use check and install (approx) or just plain install they fail
and take me to a black screen with white text.
Is there a problem, or am I missing something?
Thanks,
James

Xenode's old posts keep showing up as new in Planet Fedora
by Jonathan Dieter
I've noticed that whenever Xenode (FAS username jmlevick) adds a new
post to Planet Fedora, many (all?) of their old posts show up
immediately after their latest post, filling up 3/4 of Planet Fedora's
main page.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this, but is there any
way to fix this (or, if it's user misconfiguration, to block this user
until they fix it)?
Thanks,
Jonathan
