I think folks primarily identify with first the version of Fedora they
use, then the install method. So I think it might be better to split
these up by version as the top-level category, e.g.:
Fedora 13 (released May xx)
Live Media
foo
bar
baz
qux
Install DVD / Rescue CD
foo
bar
baz
Fedora 12 (released Nov xx)
Live Media
foo
bar
baz
Install DVD / Rescue CD
