Hi Sumantro,
I don't see why it shouldn't be possible. However, our budget is
limited, and because you are in India flights are way more expensive
compared to flights from other European cities. Either way,

Rather than Han suggest he self-pay, perhaps we could evaluate the need
for another person at FOSDEM. based on that EMEA, APAC, and the Council
should work together on funding. Fedora has budget so we should
artificially restrict our activities.
There may also be secondary activities that make funding Sumantro make
sense for the project overall.
