Yeah, that's what's going on here. The existing test results for
checkpolicy were ignored because the update was modified and since it
had already been pushed to updates-testing, yum tossed out the
requested update as IGNORED (which we interpret as FAIL).
We could probably handle this better and dismiss IGNORED results if
there were previous passes for the same build and that build hadn't
been modified.
I thought that we already had a bug for this, but I couldn't find it
and created a new one [1].
