crashes in language interpreters cannot be catched by ABRT when user
runs his/her own scripts. See the bug reports:

The attached patch makes ABRT ignore perl/python crashes when the script
is not of Fedora package origin.
It also extends get_argv1_if_full_path() to skip tabs and multiple
spaces, and fixes some whitespace issues.
