Description of problem: In order to reuse an existing subvol (but not the rootfs), --useexisting must be specified on the btrfs subvol command. This is not specified in the documentation.

We're going to be rewriting the whole chapter for F21 and updating all options. In the meantime, you can use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Installation Guide[1] - available Kickstart commands and options are the same as in Fedora, although the document will be missing a few options which were introduced in F20.
I'll close this bug because we're already tracking this issue - and more - in another one.
